Hi, I’m Ingrid. I’m a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with 6 years of experience working with women of all ages, especially those navigating the unique challenges of midlife and menopause. Prior to personal training, I worked as a Registered Nurse in the NHS for over 30 years. My approach is grounded in empathy, realism, and results.
I hope to bring a smile to your face, as well as energy, fitness and strength to your body.
I'm a mother of three grown-up children and the proud owner of three lively dogs. I'm also a keen runner and cyclist, having completed marathons, half-marathons, and the London to Essex 100-mile ride.
I believe that age is not a barrier, it's just a number. With the right mindset and support, you can feel stronger, more capable, and more vibrant than ever.
